Metavasi Group — Perth, Western Australia
Metavasi takes its name from the Greek word for transition. We develop small to medium residential projects across the Perth metro area, build new custom homes, project manage commercial fit-out projects and import the materials that go into them.
The name
A single lot becomes three or four homes. A vacant block becomes somewhere people live. A bare tenancy becomes a room with a queue at the counter. Metavasi Group exists to manage that passage — groundwork, structure, services and finish — so what's promised on the drawings is what ends up standing.
μετάβαση
metávasi · noun · Greek
The passage from one state to another; a transition.
What we do
Small to medium developments — typically a single lot carrying three to four new homes, taken from assessment through to completion.
Ground-up construction for clients who've worked with us before, or been sent by someone who has. New builds only.
Hospitality, retail and office tenancies, project managed from bare shell through to trading condition.
An established network of international suppliers, and the logistics to manage getting materials onto site.
How we work
We run every project's program, budget and client communication directly. You deal with a decision-maker, not a call centre.
An update every week the job is running, and anything that changes shared the same day — often before you'd thought to ask.
Someone from Metavasi is on site holding the standard — sequencing trades, checking the work and keeping the site tight.
New homes, developments and commercial fit-outs. Doing a few things properly, rather than everything at once, is how the standard holds.
Recent work
New builds and small-scale developments, from single homes to lots carrying three and four dwellings.
